Savage Rose earrings are Indigenous designed and crafted. Each set is considered wearable art. Hours of careful work and ceremony go into the making of every set.

Before you decide to order from this website, be aware the waitlist is long and you could be waiting several months. The completion of orders is based on many different factors including your number on my waitlist, receipt of required materials and more personal factors like family, health and career. I work full-time at a university and strive to make time for family, friends and my health.

When possible, for an additional fee of $50/item, I will rush your order. You must request this in your response to my email.

Earrings that arrive damaged will be fixed and returned as quickly as possible. However, damages must be reported the same day the package arrives at the destination for this offer to be honored. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with providing an incorrect or incomplete address. Customers are also responsible for reporting a change in address before the item is shipped.

Lastly, I send all customers an email from savageroseearrings@gmail.com to confirm their order and colour selection. If emails are not responded to, I will post a story with names on my IG page (ms_savagerose) and Facebook (Savage Rose). It is your responsibility to get a hold of me through email, social media or this website’s contact page. Orders will not be refunded but will be honoured no matter how much time has gone by.

Make sure you review the “Review and Purchase” portion of the Checkout page. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Reselling is not permitted unless I am fully aware of your intentions.
