Completion timelines vary depending on factors such as your place on the waitlist, the availability of materials, and the rhythms of a small, independently run studio. Savage Rose Designs are created alongside full-time professional work, with thoughtful attention given to balance, quality, and sustainability.

Rush Service
When studio capacity allows, rush service may be offered for an additional fee of $50 per item. Requests for rush service must be included in your reply to the order confirmation email.

Care, Shipping & Damages
Should your earrings arrive damaged, repairs will be completed and returned as promptly as possible. To ensure this service, damage must be reported on the day of delivery. Customers are responsible for any costs associated with incorrect or incomplete shipping details. Please notify us of any address changes prior to shipment.

Order Confirmation & Communication
An order confirmation email will be sent to confirm your purchase and colour selection. Timely responses help ensure a smooth and seamless process. While orders are non-refundable, every order will be honoured regardless of the time elapsed.
